From Friday March 4th until Monday March 7th, the EPCAS Winter General Assembly took place in Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. With 61 attendees, representing 36 companies from 11 European countries, we look back on a successful edition with a lot of opportunities to share knowledge and experience.
It was great to see how many familiar and new faces came together, and blended perfectly. The European Event Catering Academy, the Best Practices, the Keynote Presentations, the RAK factory visit, many networking moments, and of course the Arab culture and culinary experiences guaranteed for 3 inspiring days with a lot of take-home value.
In the Spotlight
European Event Catering Academy
A new initiative of EPCAS was presented by Stephanie van Oorschot; in order to develop talent within our industry, we are launching the European Event Catering Academy. The European Event Catering Academy offers a well-balanced combination of knowledge taught by professors and industry professionals, as well as leadership skills, empowerment and insight in personal behavioural styles.
We are convinced that we are able to offer an appealing 3 day programme. The Pilot Course will take place from May 8th to May 10th 2016.
